At Lunadea, every product we offer is unique and handmade with great care and dedication. This means that there may be slight variations in colors, textures, and finishes, characteristics that celebrate the artisanal nature of our items.

Due to the exclusivity and customization of our products, we ask that you carefully review our exchange and return policy:

  1. Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• If the product arrived defective or damaged.

• If you received an item different from what you ordered.

Important Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to variations in size, color, or design, as these are inherent to the handmade nature of each piece. For this same reason, we do not offer size exchanges for clothing.

  1. Timeframe to Request Exchanges or Returns

• You have 14 days from the receipt of the product to initiate the process.

• If the period has passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to process your request.

  1. Process for Requesting an Exchange or Return
  2. Contact us: Send us an email at lunadeawitchcrafts@gmail.com with:

• Order number.

• A brief description of the issue.

• Photos of the product, in case of damage or defect.

  1. Review: We will evaluate your request within 3 business days and notify you of the next steps.
  2. Shipping: If we approve the exchange or return, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Note:

• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless there was an error in the order or defective products.

  1. Refunds

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the same payment method used in your purchase (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

• Once approved, the refund may take between 5 and 10 business days to reflect in your account.

  1. Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Customized or made-to-order products.

• Items purchased on sale or clearance.

• Requests based on personal preferences, such as color, size, or texture.
