• The product images in the store are representative and may slightly differ from the item you receive.

• By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is correct and complete.
• Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes.

  1. Payment

• We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, and other methods.
• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase to confirm the order.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped via Correos or other appropriate courier services and are subject to their terms and conditions.
• Estimated shipping times are 7 business days within the country and 15 business days for international orders.
• Lunadea is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the customer’s location.

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

• Due to the handmade nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
• The product arrives damaged.
• The item delivered does not match the order placed.
• In the case of damage or errors, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the order, providing photographs as evidence.
• If an exchange or refund is applicable, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the error is on Lunadea’s part).

• Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Custom orders may require a partial or full payment upfront, depending on the agreement.

• It is recommended to follow the care instructions provided on the page to ensure their durability.
